Yes. Our steel-frame system is rated to 200+ MPH winds and is ICC-approved. The fiberglass sheathing is FEMA-certified shelter material — the same spec used for designated shelters in disaster-prone regions. Custom architecture doesn't change the rating; every BioHome carries it.

Affordable line: 180 days from permit to certificate of occupancy. Luxury custom: 8–12 months including architecture, engineering, and permitting. Once steel arrives on site, assembly runs at ~1,500 sq ft per day.
