Cold-formed steel +
Eliminates rot, termites, and mold food sources. Unlike wood, steel handles Florida's humidity without decaying. Factory-preassembled sections speed builds while ensuring precision. Lighter loads than CMU or concrete — easier engineering for unusual lot conditions.
MgO board +
Inorganic magnesium oxide board scores 0/0/0 on ASTM G21 mold resistance. Absorbs ~0.34% moisture vs. drywall's 3%+. Non-combustible. Replaces drywall entirely. Superior fire resistance and impact strength. Stops mold at the root.
Fiberglass panels +
FEMA-certified shelter material. NIJ bulletproof-rated sheathing. High wind resistance — the same spec used for designated disaster shelters in Cat 5 hurricane regions. Available on any BioBox configuration.
DensGlass +
Fiberglass mat-faced gypsum sheathing engineered for moisture and mold resistance. Holds up to weather exposure during the build window without degrading.
GoBoard +
Lightweight, waterproof tile-backer board. Mold and mildew resistant. Replaces traditional cement backer in wet areas (bathrooms, kitchens). Faster install, no chemical curing.
Rockwool +
Stone wool insulation made from natural basalt rock. Hydrophobic, vapor-permeable, 100% inorganic. No food for mold. Resists fire up to 2,150°F. Boosts soundproofing and energy efficiency. Pairs with continuous Polyiso for net-zero-capable assemblies.
Building process
The simplest building system on the planet.
Each home is manufactured at our facility to meet the specs of your architectural design. Wall panels, coatings, steel, and all materials shipped directly to your site, worldwide, ready for quick assembly.

Track Layout
Lay steel track down on your concrete slab — square, perfectly aligned, matching the bottom-track installation drawings. Secure firmly to slab.

Install Panels
Starting in a corner, place labeled EPS foam panels along the bottom track. Set studs in slots between panels. Connect to the metal track by screw.

Roofing
Using drill and Tec Screws, secure ceiling stud inside home on outer wall. Attach 2" of EPS foam to underside of ceiling with 3" screws and plastic washers.

Utilities & Coatings
Hot-knife channels for electrical and plumbing. Spray PU foam to fill voids. Apply coatings by hawk-and-trowel or spray for larger surfaces.
On-site assembly runs at ~1,500 sq ft per day once steel arrives on the lot. Days, not months.
