Why tiny
In 1974, the average new home was 1,695 sq ft and cost $35,800. Today: 2,404 sq ft and $422,000 (+1,079%). Most people don't need that much house. BioBox tiny homes deliver the safest, healthiest space on earth in a footprint that actually fits modern life.
Real ownership
$56,000 vs. a $422,000 median new home. Ownership without the 30-year sentence.
Zero compromise

Frequently asked
Yes — and as of July 1, 2025, every single-family lot in Florida is required by SB 184 to permit at least one ADU. BioBox tiny homes are pre-engineered for ADU placement: small footprint, fast permitting, rapid on-site assembly.
BioBox tiny homes are designed for permanent foundations (slab, pier, or beam). They're not RVs. The steel-frame system is engineered for fixed placement and Cat 5 hurricane survival — that requires anchored foundation work.
Yes. The BioBox modular system is connectable, stackable, and expandable. Start with a 400 sq ft tiny; add another 400 sq ft module later for an 800 sq ft 2-bedroom. Connect more modules over time without demolishing existing structure.
Permanent-foundation tiny homes are eligible for traditional mortgage products (FHA, conventional) when placed on owned land. Personal loans, manufactured-home loans, and chattel loans are alternatives. We'll connect you with lenders familiar with the modular spec.
Owned land (any size lot, subject to local zoning), ADU placement on a single-family lot, rural acreage, or tiny-home community lots. Florida is the easiest market right now thanks to SB 184. Other states vary by municipality.
